VIP & Dignitary Management: Coordinated the attendance and participation of distinguished guests, including Victor Bello (Victor Bello Foundation) and select political leaders, ensuring protocol and engagement were professionally handled.
Team Oversight: Directed a diverse organizing team, balancing responsibilities across publicity, hospitality, stage management, and technical setup.
